About this port

On the 19th Century, Beaulieu-sur-mer was a favorite residence for European royalty (Empress Sissi, Queen Victoria) and Gustave Eiffel. Today it is the site of  the Villa Kerylos, constructed during the Belle Epoque, a model of villae of Old Greece classified as historical monument. Do not miss the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild which is the location of the annual summer opera festival and is opened to the artists who want practise their art in one of its nine gardens. Pause for reflection at the chapel Sancta Maria de Olivo, then dine sumptuously at the Grand Casino.
